Manager - Solution Engineering

Role Overview:

Inception AI is spearheading a large-scale, strategic deployment of generative AI technology across Abu Dhabi’s most critical sectors, including Government, Education, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

We are seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager – AI Platform & Connectors with strong product instincts to lead the design, delivery, and evolution of enterprise AI integrations and system connectors. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, platform architecture, and product execution, ensuring AI solutions are securely integrated into enterprise environments to unlock AI-driven workflows at scale.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, a hands-on delivery leader, and ensure connectors deliver high performance and enterprise-grade reliability.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership

• Serve as a senior, customer-facing technical leader for enterprise AI deployments.
• Act as the primary technical advisor to government and enterprise stakeholders, guiding architecture decisions and implementation strategies.
• Lead executive-level architecture discussions, solution reviews, and deployment planning.
• Translate complex business and operational needs into scalable, secure AI platform solutions.
  
  

AI Platform & Workspace Administration

• Design and implement enterprise-grade AI deployments, including:
• Workspace provisioning
• User, role, and access management
• Security controls, governance, and audit readiness
• Partner with security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure deployments meet UAE government and enterprise security standards.
• Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing optimization of customer environments.
  
  

Solution Design & Implementation

• Architect and build custom connectors, including MCP-based integrations, APIs, and event-driven workflows.
• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise system connectors integrating AI solutions with internal platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, data platforms, document systems).
• Partner closely with engineering teams to define:
• Integration standards
• APIs, SDKs, and extensibility models
• Reusable patterns for scale
• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of integrations in production environments.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact integration opportunities that unlock automation, insights, and AI-driven workflows.
• Act as product owner for connectors: defining requirements, success metrics, and release priorities.
  
  

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with enterprise clients, PMO teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions to validate product functionality.
• Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
  
  

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Monitor product usage and performance, gathering insights for iterative improvements.
• Research emerging integration technologies and tools to enhance connectors’ capabilities.
• Drive adoption of connectors across enterprise programs and portfolios.
• Explore emerging integration technologies, including event-driven architectures, MCP, and A2A interoperability
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, platform engineering, or enterprise product roles.
• Proven experience delivering customer-facing, production-grade technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2, SSO), and middleware platforms
• Ability to prioritize system integration roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across organizations.
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern DevOps / MLOps / LLMOps practices.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage deeply technical teams and senior business stakeholders.
