Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you will lead and drive the performance of our retail store operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while optimizing sales and profitability. You will oversee the daily operations of the store, manage staff, and develop effective strategies for sales growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with corporate office to align store practices with company policies.
  • Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
  • Oversee inventory management including ordering, receiving, and stock levels.
  • Conduct staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and updates effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members for optimal performance and career growth.
  • Manage the store's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Implement safety and security policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a retail manager or in another managerial position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to enhance customer experience.
  • Proficiency in inventory and sales management systems and relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • A results-oriented approach with excellent decision-making capabilities.
