Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our growing store operations at location 19N25. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in retail management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales growth. As the Retail Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the profitability and success of the store while maintaining a keen focus on customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that all operational requirements are met. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for retail, the Retail Manager will work towards achieving the store's objectives and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase store profitability.
  • Manage, train, and motivate a team of retail staff members effectively.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and manage stock levels accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales figures and market trends to forecast future sales volumes.
  • Ensure the store meets all visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
  • Manage store budgets and financial objectives efficiently and responsibly.
  • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive customer interest.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the store.
  • Monitor competitors and identify market opportunities to increase sales.
  • Report on buying trends, customer needs, and stock requirements to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in relevant retail management software and technology tools.
