Manager Project Control

Penspen is looking for a Manager, Project Control for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

A PMC (Project Management Consultancy) Project Control Manager oversees planning, cost control, progress measurement, and reporting, ensuring EPC contractors meet schedule, budget, and quality standards, typically requiring over 15 years of experience in the oil & gas or construction sectors. He/she manage project controls teams, provide early warnings of deviations, and ensure contractual compliance.

Qualification Required

• Any Engineering Degree from a recognized university
• Primavera P6/PMP
  
  

• Minimum 20 years of experience in which 10 years should be in the oil and gas industry on a Project Control role and last 5 years should be in a managerial role.
• Good experience in handling large oil and gas EPC project.
• ADNOC experience is mandatory (Candidate must have worked with ADNOC project within past 5 years with a proven track record).
• Proficiency in Earned Value Management (EVM), risk management tools and project planning software like Primavera P6.
