Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, Engineering or related field; Masters degree is a plus.
Excellent English. Arabic is an added advantage
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role
Preferred experience in Ports and Logistics, UAE Govt. Sector in leadership/Managerial Role.
Extensive hands-on experience in software development, showcasing proficiency in multiple programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies.
Proven leadership skills with a successful track record of managing and leading software development teams.
Architectural expertise, including the ability to make informed decisions on technology stack, frameworks, and design patterns.
Strong project management skills, understanding project principles, and effectively coordinating tasks for timely delivery.
In-depth knowledge of quality assurance processes, conducting thorough code reviews, and ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, fostering effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Experience mentoring and coaching team members to encourage their professional growth and create a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
Willingness to adapt and learn new technologies as needed for the role.
