Role       : Manager - Priority Banking Proposition
Location : Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

Lead the development, enhancement, and commercialization of Priority Banking customer value propositions, segment design, and customer engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities through data-driven insights, proposition innovation, strategic partnerships, digital enablement, and business performance management to drive customer acquisition, portfolio deepening, fee income, and TRB growth.

The role will act as the central point of coordination across Product, Digital, Data Analytics, Marketing, Operations, IT, Procurement, Compliance, and Frontline teams to deliver market-leading customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
    
Key Accountabilities of the role      

 

• Enhance Priority Banking propositions and benefits.

• Identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.

• Develop business cases and launch new initiatives.

• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Data Analytics & Business Insights

• Analyze portfolio performance and customer behavior.

• Develop MIS, dashboards, and management reports.

• Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps.

• Provide data-driven recommendations.

Partnership & Vendor Management

• Source and manage strategic partnerships.

• Negotiate commercial agreements and benefits.

• Monitor partner performance and value delivery.

Digital & Innovation

• Drive digital and customer journey enhancements.

• Lead system improvements, UAT, and automation initiatives.

• Identify innovative solutions to improve customer experience.

Campaign & Revenue Management

• Execute campaigns to drive growth and profitability.

• Monitor results and optimize performance.

• Support frontline engagement and proposition awareness.

Governance & Project Management

• Maintain policies, procedures, and reporting.

• Ensure regulatory and governance compliance.

• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives.
   

 



Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
 

 

• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive commercial insights.
• Strong financial modelling and business case development capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, CRM analytics, or similar business intelligence tools.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience in proposition design, customer segmentation, customer journey development, and customer experience management.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking, Priority Banking, Wealth, and Liability products.
• Experience managing digital initiatives, system enhancements, and UAT testing.

Previous experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in Proposition Management, Analytics, Customer Experience, Banking (preferably Retail Priority or Wealth Management)
