Job Role & Responsibilities

Proven experience in establishing, managing, or leading a Project Management Office in a complex or matrixed organization, Strong track record of managing a portfolio of projects or programs with competing priorities and cross-functional stakeholders, In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, or hybrid approaches, Experience working on partnership, innovation, or transformation initiatives in a corporate or large enterprise environment, Demonstrated ability to design and implement governance frameworks, reporting structures, and performance metrics for project portfolios, Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage project budgets, forecasts, and benefits realization tracking, Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate at senior leadership levels, Proficiency in project and portfolio management tools and collaboration platforms, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive decision making, Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, Demonstrated ability to lead change, drive adoption of new processes, and manage resistance across diverse teams, Experience in resource planning and capacity management across multiple concurrent projects, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment at Mubadala Tower with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement, Fluency in English with strong business writing and documentation skills
