The Manager – Business Performance & Transformation plays a foundational role in enabling disciplined delivery, supporting diagnostics, and maintaining high-quality reporting standards across Group companies.

Responsibilities

Diagnostics & Analysis

• Conduct structured financial, operational, and commercial analysis to support business reviews.
• Assist in rapid assessments, short-cycle problem solving, and early identification of improvement opportunities.
  
  

• Develop dashboards, KPIs, tracking tools, and performance reports.
• Support monthly performance routines and assist in preparing decision-ready material for senior leadership.
  
  

• Assist in preparing, managing, and tracking priority turnaround, performance initiatives and transformation workstreams.
• Ensure structured follow-through, alignment, and coordination across workstreams.
• Work flexibly across multiple topics, supporting priority requests with speed and accuracy.
  
  

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, FP&A, transformation, organisational performance, or related fields.
• Proven experience analysing business performance and supporting execution of performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong proficiency with financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.
  
  

• Experience supporting turnaround, transformation or accelerated performance programmes.
• Exposure to multi-business or high-growth organisations.
• Familiarity with data visualisation and analytic platforms.
