As a Manager in the Insurance sector, you will be instrumental in leading and managing a team of insurance professionals, with the aim of providing comprehensive insurance solutions to meet the varied needs of our clients. You will be responsible for developing strategies to enhance client service, driving business growth, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds its targets. Your role will require you to oversee operations, develop and nurture client relationships, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve set targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and client retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry, with management experience.
• Proven ability in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with diverse groups.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using management software tools.
