Job Description

The Manager – Insurance role is a strategic position within the organization that focuses on leading and managing the insurance department. Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and market trends.
  • Oversee the development and delivery of training programs for insurance staff.

  • Analyze financial data to monitor and improve insurance portfolio performance.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

  • Prepare and present detailed reports for senior management on department performance.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with insurance providers to optimize offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the insurance industry in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in using various insurance management software and tools.
