Manager - Content Design

Overview:

We’re looking for a Content Design Manager who blends visual creativity with strategic thinking to lead and execute high-impact internal creative projects. From branding initiatives to product logo creation, your work will help define how our brand is seen and experienced across internal and external touchpoints.

This role sits at the intersection of design, brand strategy, and storytelling. You’ll be responsible for developing and enforcing brand guidelines, beautifying key presentations, and ensuring design excellence across all content. A strong eye for design, a passion for consistency, and familiarity with emerging AI design tools are key to succeeding in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute internal creative design projects including branding materials, logos for products or initiatives, and internal campaign assets
• Uphold and enforce brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across all internal and external communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, HR, leadership) to craft compelling visual presentations and branded content
• Design and elevate PowerPoint/keynote presentations for leadership and internal events
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers or freelance resources as needed
• Maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand resources
• Explore and integrate AI-powered design tools into the creative workflow to improve efficiency and innovation
  
  

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in visual design, content design, or art direction
• Previous experience in an agency setting or on an in-house brand/creative team
• Exceptional design sensibility with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, identity, and presentation design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint; experience with AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway) is a plus
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and digital design trends
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and collaborate with cross-functional partners
• Highly organized with an eye for detail and consistency
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Art / equivalent
