Job Description

As a Manager of Client Relationship, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our company's relationship with its clients. The role demands a strategic and proactive approach to address clients' needs and ensure our services meet or exceed their expectations. You will serve as a link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that clients receive the highest standard of service and support. You will also analyze and leverage client feedback to foster long-term partnerships and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be expected to develop innovative solutions to meet our clients’ diverse needs and coordinate with various departments to provide tailored solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients of the company.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients.
  • Identify client needs and work to meet their business objectives efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to address issues and regulatory changes.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service and encourage innovation and growth.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients and partners efficiently.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure the fulfillment of client commitments.
  • Develop strategic plans to grow client accounts and increase profitability.
  • Prepare reports on client relationships and discuss them with senior management.
  • Resolve escalations and conflicts with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Track industry trends to identify new opportunities for service expansion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret client feedback and develop strategic plans.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and navigating complex business agreements.
  • Ability to adapt to industry changes and manage client expectations effectively.
