Role : Manager – Capital Markets & FX Solutions Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Support the Wealth Management Products Team in achieving strategic objectives by developing and launching new Capital Markets products, with a focus on Sukuk, Structured Products, and FX Solutions. The role involves monitoring product performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle for the assigned product lines.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Identify and analyze investment ideas aligned with client needs and macroeconomic trends.
Promote Capital Markets products (Sukuk, Structured Products, FX) through frontline engagement.
Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-sale monitoring.
Train and develop distribution channels on new and existing products.
Coordinate with Back and Middle Office for smooth operations and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate and updated product documentation and approvals.
Ensure effective communication across all distribution channels.
Develop and enhance marketing and promotional materials for assigned products.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time.
Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain necessary approvals (Central Bank & SCA).
Support client meetings and strengthen relationships with third-party providers.
Prepare product programs, presentations, and teasers for new launches.

Net AUM and revenue growth
Client satisfaction & retention, positive client outcomes and cross-selling ratios

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
Education & Expertise: University degree in a relevant field (CFA preferred) with 7–10 years’ experience in Wealth Management, Investment Management, or Investment Banking.
Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build trust, understand client behaviors, and deliver tailored investment solutions aligned with their needs.
Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills, investment knowledge, and capability to interpret market trends for actionable ideas.
Integrity & Professionalism: High ethical standards, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
Business Development & Collaboration: Proven ability to drive growth, foster relationships with internal/external stakeholders, and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Communication & Influence: Articulate and persuasive, with strong presentation skills to engage clients and train distribution channels.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
