Job Description

To support the Operations division and assigned international offices in performance planning, business planning, financial tracking, and reporting, ensuring timely coordination of planning activities, performance monitoring, and management reporting to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Strong experience in performance and business planning or similar role in a large organization or equivalent experience
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is an advantage
