Manager - AI Learning Center

Overview

The Manager, AI Learning Center is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing AI learning programs for all job clusters (sellers, technical, and support functions). This role owns the Group’s LMS/LXP in collaboration with the HC Digital Tech Team, curates digital learning journeys, and partners with business leaders to identify and address evolving AI skill needs.

Responsibilities

Identify and manage AI learning content providers and vendor relationships.

• Design and curate AI learning pathways for all employee clusters.
• Administer and continuously improve the LMS/LXP with a focus on UX and adoption.
• Maintain the AI capability and skill libraries across the Group.
• Partner with business units and function heads to align learning solutions to workforce AI needs.
• Monitor platform performance, content freshness, and usage analytics.
• Support the development of AI leadership content with the Senior Manager, Leadership Center.
• Provide monthly reporting and regular evaluation and analysis of AI learning solutions, systems, tools and platforms. Make data-driven recommendations to the Head of People Growth and Experience for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
