Job Description

The Manager - Accounts and Finance plays a crucial role in the financial health and integrity of an organization. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, reporting, and strategies, ensuring compliance with fiscal regulations, and providing strategic financial advice to the senior management team. The candidate must possess a robust knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, along with exceptional leadership skills to manage an effective team. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Proven expertise in financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Effective leadership skills with experience in managing finance teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to present financial concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
