Our successful Staff Accommodation–Maintenance Technician

• Are thorough and adhere to the highest standards of preparation and cleanliness when conducting maintenance and conducting regular inspections of the accommodation
• Maintain and co-ordinate stock controls for accommodation furniture & equipment, and ensure storage areas are maintained and secured
• Maintain the accommodation staff files, master list, accommodation inventory, utility bills and conduct a monthly inventory
• Co-ordinate with building maintenance management on any maintenance and repairs for the building
• Provide useful information to staff, respond to their requests and ensure that hotel management is made aware of all staff interactions
• Assist in creating and maintain a positive environment for the staff at the accommodation
• Work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards.
