We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our facilities. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of maintenance specialists, planning and executing preventative maintenance schedules, troubleshooting technical issues, and spearheading improvements across the facilities. Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient operation.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures across all facilities.
• Diagnose technical issues promptly and develop solutions to maintain continuity of operations.
• Prepare reports and documentation on maintenance activities and equipment status.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and organization standards at all times.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenditures effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Train new maintenance staff on equipment and safety protocols effectively.
• Lead improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of facility operations.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems for maintenance supplies and parts.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan and support facility upgrades and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role.
• Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in a maintenance environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to facility management.
• Proficient with Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) and other related technologies.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a maintenance context.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with diverse teams and external partners.
