The Maintenance Supervisor is tasked with overseeing the maintenance operations across a designated facility or set of facilities. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment and facilities are within operating conditions.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance technicians with diverse skills.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate maintenance tasks to maintenance staff effectively.
• Coordinate and conduct regular inspections of plant machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize breakdowns.
• Collaborate with other departments to support facility modifications and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
• Track maintenance budgets and manage resources to control and reduce costs.
• Provide technical expertise during troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues.
• Analyze maintenance metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
• Schedule and oversee contractor activities to support maintenance and repair tasks.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to maintenance operations and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a maintenance supervisory role or similar.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing technical and operational teams.
• Solid understanding of maintenance processes and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proven experience with managing maintenance budgets and reducing operational costs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex maintenance issues.
• Proficient with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
