Maintenance Coordinator

Position: Maintenance Coordinator

Salary : 6800 AED

Rotation : 60/30

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures for all equipment and facilities
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks
• Monitor and track maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any equipment or facility issues
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including equipment maintenance logs and service reports
• Develop and maintain relationships with equipment suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and supplies
• Identify opportunities for improvement in maintenance processes and implement necessary changes
• Train and supervise maintenance staff to ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
• Monitor and manage maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance technology and incorporate them into our processes.
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to the oil and gas industry.
