What will you be doing at MBRF?
Starts machines or equipment to begin process;
Perform regular machine condition checks;
Prepare materials and assemble equipment before starting up the line;
Monitor the performance or production equipment and adjust parameters as per the standards procedures;
Observes operation and notifies equipment operator or malfunctions;
Removes product and waste material form machine;
Escalate any process nonconformance, safety, food safety or quality issues to leader, maintenance team or supervisor;
Assist the line leader in technical & mechanical operations;
Fill and interpret control charts;
Prevents loss of products and process waste;
Minimize the scrap and rework generation;
Compliance with Company Standards
Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
Comply with MBRF Sustainability Policy guidelines, ensure adherence to BRF Sustainability Plan through activities in its routines that promotes compliance with the indicators and global ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) commitments of the Company, ensuring the connection between its actions and sustainable development in the MBRF chain.
What kind of profile are we looking for?
Ability to read, understand and comply with tasks described on the Operating Procedures and Work Instruction.
Good understanding and application of food safety standards.
Good understanding and application of safety and environmental standards.
Understanding basic computer/data entry.
Basic troubleshooting.
Strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Team player.
Availability to work in shifts and alternative production hours.
Ownership to preserve individual and other’s integrity as well equipment and facilities.
Work integrated with MBRF’s values.
Trustworthy and present high level of professional integrity.
Minimum 1 year of technical qualification after High School
Minimum 1 year working experience, preferably in food manufacturing
Minimum 1 year working operating equipment
What competencies are key to this role?
Equipment Operation & Process Control – Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently, monitor machine performance, adjust parameters, and maintain production standards.
Food Safety & Quality Compliance – Strong understanding and application of HACCP, GMP, food safety requirements, product integrity standards, and quality procedures.
Health, Safety & Environmental Awareness – Adherence to HSE standards, safe work practices, risk awareness, and proper escalation of safety concerns.
Problem Solving & Basic Troubleshooting – Ability to identify equipment abnormalities, perform basic troubleshooting, escalate issues appropriately, and support continuous operations.
Teamwork & Accountability – Works effectively with line leaders, maintenance, quality, and production teams while demonstrating reliability, ownership, integrity, and commitment to operational excellence.
