M&A Integration Lead

A leading GCC-based holding company has recently completed a significant acquisition and is seeking an experienced M&A Integration Lead to oversee the post-merger integration of a $500M+ target. This is a part-time engagement (3 days per week).

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the end-to-end post-merger integration programme

• Establish the Integration Management Office (IMO) with clear governance

• Develop and track synergy realisation plans

• Manage cultural integration and change management

• Coordinate technology and systems integration including ERP harmonisation

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in M&A integration or post-merger integration consulting

• Proven track record of leading large-scale integration programmes ($250M+ deal value)

• Experience in the GCC region with understanding of local regulatory environments

• Background in Big 4, MBB, or top-tier corporate development functions preferred
