Job Description

The Lobby Coffeeman is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, tea, Arabic coffee, and other beverages to guests in the hotel lobby while delivering exceptional customer service in accordance with 5-star hotel standards. The role ensures guests receive a warm welcome and personalized attention, contributing to a memorable luxury hospitality experience.

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, Arabic coffee, and other hot beverages to guests in the lobby and lounge areas.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming presence.
• Provide beverage service to VIP guests, hotel visitors, and residents.
• Ensure all beverages are prepared according to hotel quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of coffee stations, lobby serving areas, and equipment.
• Monitor and replenish beverage supplies, cups, condiments, and refreshments.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure coffee machines and service equipment are operating properly.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations teams to meet guest needs.
• Assist guests with basic information regarding hotel facilities and services.
• Handle guest requests, preferences, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support hotel events, VIP arrivals, and special functions held in the lobby area.
• Ensure a consistently high level of service that reflects the luxury standards of the hotel.
  
  

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, café, or hospitality environment.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and Arabic coffee service.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Professional grooming and appearance according to 5-star hotel standards.
• Basic English proficiency; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
