Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi, offers 213 luxurious guestrooms and suites, six private pool villas, and 161 fully furnished serviced apartments featuring a one-kilometre private beach which blends modern Arabic design with exceptional comfort.

Job Role

As a Lobby Ambassador, you are responsible for welcoming guests, creating a memorable first impression, and ensuring smooth guest flow within the lobby area. You assist guests with information, directions, and support while maintaining the hotel’s luxury service standards. The role focuses on guest engagement, hospitality, and always providing a warm and professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and assist with directions, information, and hotel services.
  • Proactively engage with guests in the lobby to ensure their comfort and anticipate their needs.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and other departments to support seamless guest experiences.
  • Maintain the lobby’s appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and always welcoming.
  • Handle guest inquiries, resolve minor concerns promptly, and report significant issues to the relevant teams.

About You

  • Exceptional guest service and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage confidently with guests.
  • Positive, outgoing personality with genuine hospitality focus.
  • Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively.
  • Calm, composed, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and local attractions points.
  • 2-3 years’ hotel experience in a similar capacity.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management is required.
