Linen Attendant

As a Linen Attendant, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of linens, ensuring cleanliness, and providing support to the laundry and housekeeping teams. Your role involves maintaining linen stock levels, distributing linens, and contributing to the overall guest experience.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the inventory of linens, including sheets, towels, and tablecloths.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the linen storage area.

• Monitor linen stock levels and replenish as needed.

• Distribute clean linens to housekeeping and other hotel departments.

• Inspect linens for cleanliness, quality, and presentation.

• Address any stains, damages, or special care requirements.

• Collaborate with the laundry and housekeeping teams to meet linen needs.

• Maintain records of linen inventory and distribution.

• Assist in the inventory management of linen supplies.

• Report any linen shortages or issues to the appropriate departments.

• Uphold high standards of guest service and satisfaction.

• Participate in environmental and safety initiatives.

• Attend training sessions to enhance linen management skills.

• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.

• Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
