About the Role:
Al Ghazal Transport is looking for a customer-focused and professional Limousine Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting guests with pre-booked limousine services, promoting on-the-spot bookings, and ensuring a seamless, high-end customer experience. You will serve as the face of the company at key locations, including airports, hotels, and malls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with their scheduled transportation services.

• Actively promote and secure on-the-spot limousine bookings.

• Deliver exceptional guest service in a professional and courteous manner.

• Represent Al Ghazal Transport at designated locations such as airports, malls, and hotels.

• Coordinate efficiently with the operations team to ensure timely vehicle dispatch and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 3 years in an operations-focused environment.

• Diploma or equivalent education.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
