Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Light Vehicle Driver for sales and delivery duties under the reference code 29N25. This role requires the ability to efficiently handle the dual responsibilities of sales and delivery, ensuring that products reach customers in a timely manner while also fostering positive relationships with them. As a Light Vehicle Driver, your primary duty will be to drive a company-provided vehicle to distribute products promptly, meeting both delivery and sales goals. Responsibilities

  • Drive a company vehicle to deliver goods to customers and sales sites promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
  • Engage with customers professionally, addressing inquiries and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Monitor and update sales data and delivery logs with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the vehicle and its contents at all times.
  • Follow predefined routes for efficiency in time and fuel management.
  • Consistently meet or exceed set sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to strategize sales approaches and promotions.
  • Adhere to all traffic regulations and company operational guidelines.
  • Assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring safe handling practices throughout.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of sales transactions and delivery receipts.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record and extensive driving experience.
  • Proven experience in sales and delivery roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage customers.
  • Strong navigational skills with familiarity in using GPS systems for route planning.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualifications required.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
