Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers or goods to their designated locations on schedule.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure it is in excellent working condition daily.
• Plan and follow efficient routes to minimize travel time and costs.
• Adhere strictly to all local traffic laws and regulations at all times.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and ensure it is well-presented to passengers.
• Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel purchases, and expenses.
• Report any mechanical issues or damages to the appropriate maintenance staff promptly.
• Use GPS and other navigation tools to find desired locations efficiently.
• Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or goods as needed.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, passengers, and staff while on duty.
• Remain courteous and professional towards passengers and other road users.
• Stay informed about current road conditions and planned roadwork that may affect routes.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a light vehicle driver is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations is essential.
