Job Title: Legal Affairs Expert
The Chief Specialist – Legal Affairs plays a key role in supporting and assisting the Legal Advisor by providing specialized legal expertise across various legal functions. This role is critical in ensuring that the organization’s operations and decisions remain fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
As a senior legal resource, the Chief Specialist is responsible for managing assigned legal matters with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. This includes conducting legal research, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and supporting the implementation of legal strategies in alignment with organizational objectives.
The role involves close collaboration with the Legal Advisor and other departments to ensure that all legal risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated appropriately. The Chief Specialist provides expert input on legal implications related to contracts, regulatory compliance, governance, and institutional policies.
In addition to their advisory responsibilities, the Chief Specialist plays a key role in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal developments relevant to the organization’s operations, ensuring that all actions are taken within the appropriate legal frameworks. By delivering precise, timely, and reliable legal support, the Chief Specialist contributes to sound decision-making and the overall legal integrity of the organization.
