Job Description

The Leasing Executive plays an essential role in managing and optimizing a company's leasing portfolio to ensure efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Conduct property tours and present leasing terms to prospective tenants clearly.
  • Track and manage a database of current and potential clients to maximize occupancy.
  • Collaborate with property management teams to address tenant queries and concerns.
  • Analyze market trends to set competitive rental rates and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Facilitate lease renewals and manage lease expiration processes proactively.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to promote available properties through various channels.
  • Ensure all leasing activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Generate reports on leasing activity, occupancy rates, and potential leasing opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in leasing or real estate management necessary.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to deal with diverse clientele.
  • Comprehensive understanding of lease agreements and property management practices.
  • Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in using leasing management software and CRM tools beneficial.
  • Ability to analyze market trends to identify and implement strategic decisions.
