Learning And Development LandD Executive Specialist

Manage and administer the LMS, including course creation, enrollment, assessments, tracking, and reports. 

Create training content, e-learning courses, presentations, quizzes, and learning materials. 

Leverage AI tools for content creation, learning solutions, and L&D automation. 

Coordinate internal and external training programs, trainers, SMEs, and employees. 

Manage OEM and training vendor relationships, including obtaining and comparing quotations. 

Negotiate with vendors/OEMs on pricing, discounts, schedules, and commercial terms. 

Prepare L&D presentations, reports, and management updates. 

Track training participation, completion, feedback, and effectiveness. 

Location: Dubai, UAE 

Experience: 2–4 Years 

2–4 years of experience in L&D, training coordination, HR/L&D, or a related role. 

Hands-on experience with any LMS platform. 

Good knowledge of AI tools and digital learning solutions. 

Strong PowerPoint, presentation, and course/content creation skills. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Good vendor management, OEM coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. 

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
