As a Learning & Development Administrator, you will support the delivery of training and development programs that empower our Team Members to reach their full potential.

What will I be doing?

As Learning & Development Administrator, you will:

  • Provide administrative support for all Learning & Development activities across the hotel.
  • Assist in the coordination, scheduling, and communication of training sessions, workshops, and orientations.
  • Maintain accurate training records, attendance sheets, and e-learning completion reports.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure new Team Members are welcomed and engaged from day one.
  • Prepare training materials, handouts, and presentations as required.
  • Assist in organizing Team Member engagement activities and recognition programs.
  • Liaise with department trainers and managers to ensure training needs are met.
  • Monitor and update the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure compliance with Hilton standards.
  • Handle general inquiries related to training and development with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the smooth functioning of the Human Resources & L&D function.


What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within Learning & Development or Human Resources.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Learning Management Systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • A proactive and approachable personality with a genuine passion for supporting people’s growth.
  • Flexibility and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
