Lead Specialist Project Engineer

Penspen is urgently looking for Lead Project Engineer to work with one of the ADNOC Offshore PMC project in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• Bachelors of Engineering in Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical or Relevant discipline
  
  

• responsible for leading the engineering execution of complex offshore facilities—such as wellhead platforms, subsea systems, pipelines, topsides, and associated brownfield/greenfield scopes
• Lead and coordinate all engineering disciplines (mechanical, piping, structural, electrical, instrumentation, subsea, etc.)
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet project specifications, offshore standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee engineering execution during FEED and EPC phases
• Ensure technical integrity of offshore facilities, including topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.
• Monitor engineering progress, identify deviations, and implement recovery actions.
• Manage interfaces between engineering, procurement, fabrication yards, marine teams, and offshore construction
• Support offshore construction planning, installation engineering, and readiness reviews.
• Lead a team of project engineers and discipline engineers
• Prepare engineering status reports, dashboards, and KPIs
  
  

• Minimum 15–20+ years in oil & gas, with 5+ years in offshore mega projects.
• Experience in the large oil and gas FEED/EPC offshore project.
• Previous experience in the ADNOC offshore project is an added advantage.
• Experience from PMC Background preferred
