Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Specialist – Marketing to drive the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. This role focuses on leading marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and ensuring the delivery of impactful strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, project management skills, and creative thinking to lead initiatives from conception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Planning:
    • Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
    • Identify target audiences, define campaign goals, and recommend effective marketing channels.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
  • Campaign Execution & Management:
    • Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
    • Track campaign performance and optimize for engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Content & Communications:
    • Oversee the creation of marketing content, including promotional materials, presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
    • Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics of marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare reports with actionable insights to support strategic marketing decisions.
    • Continuously refine marketing approaches based on data-driven insights.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Support and mentor junior marketing staff to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
    • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and high performance within the marketing team.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 4–7 years of experience in marketing, with proven experience in campaign management and project leadership.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Creative, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
