Lead QA and QC Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead QA and QC Inspector to join our team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC inspection plans and procedures.
• Lead a team of QA/QC inspectors and provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct inspections and audits to assess quality and identify non-conformities.
• Review and approve quality documentation, including reports, procedures, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met throughout the supply chain.
• Participate in risk assessment and root cause analysis activities to determine corrective and preventive actions.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including management and clients, to provide updates on quality performance and initiatives.
• Train and mentor QA/QC inspectors on best practices and quality control methodologies.
• Stay informed of industry standards and developments to ensure compliance and drive quality initiatives.
