Penspen www.penspen.com are looking for a dynamic looking for Lead- Onshore Commissioning (Process & Utility) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.

Qualification Required

• The candidates should have bachelor's degree of engineering in relevant discipline from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 5 years of strong offshore experience within Oil & Gas operating companies.
  
  

• Leads commissioning activities at the onshore fabrication yard, integration yard, temporary facilities, or onshore receiving/processing facilities before offshore deployment or start-up.
• Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities for process and utility systems at the onshore facility/integration yard.
• Ensures that process and utility systems are mechanically complete, safely tested, commissioned and handed over in accordance with the project schedule, approved procedures, engineering specifications, HSE requirements and Client/Operator standards
• Acts as the primary interface between Engineering, Construction, HUP/Offshore Commissioning, QA/QC, Operations, vendors, subcontractors and Client representatives.
• Ensure commissioning activities are executed safely, efficiently and in accordance with approved procedures
  
  

• Minimum 15+ years of experience, with at least 5 to 8+ years significant in offshore project.
• Proven experience in process and utility commissioning within Offshore Projects.
• Preferred experience from PMC/EPC Background.
• Previous ADNOC Offshore Experience is advantage.
