Your role
Project Leadership
Lead a team of mechanical engineers and designers in the planning, design, and execution phases of projects.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and oversee their professional development.
Mechanical Design
Develop innovative and efficient mechanical design solutions for HVAC systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems.
Conduct calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure designs meet performance requirements and regulatory standards.
Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Client Interaction
Collaborate closely with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
Present technical proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
Quality Assurance
Implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure designs are accurate, reliable, and compliant with industry standards and codes.
Review and approve design deliverables, ensuring they meet project requirements and client expectations.
Construction Support
Provide technical support during the construction phase, including responding to RFIs, conducting site inspections, and resolving technical issues.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure installation and commissioning of mechanical systems are executed according to design specifications.
About You
Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex mechanical engineering projects within budget and schedule constraints.
Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and HVAC load calculation tools.
Strong knowledge of local and international building codes, standards, and regulations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
