Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage site HSE activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements and local regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HSE plans, risk assessments, and emergency response procedures.
  • Interface with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders on all HSE matters.
  • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and incident investigations, and ensure corrective actions are tracked and implemented.
  • Provide HSE leadership to site teams, including mentoring and training junior staff.
  • Ensure all HSE documentation is up to date and in accordance with PMC standards and project deliverables.
  • Promote a strong safety culture across all site activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 18 years of HSE experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record on major oil & gas projects (upstream/downstream).
  • Extensive experience in PMC roles and working with international EPC contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
