We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Utilize CRM software to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Identify and research potential clients and key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with company goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize lead generation activities.
  • Create, manage, and update contact lists and databases for outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and engagement.
  • Dynamically adapt outreach strategies to meet changing market and client needs.
  • Measure and report on the performance of lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations in all outreach activities.
  • Design and implement email marketing and other digital communication campaigns.
  • Participate in industry events and networking to identify potential lead sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role in a business environment.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and lead management best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO and PPC.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
