As a Lead Generation Executive in the Real Estate sector, you will play a pivotal role in identifying potential buyers and sellers, nurturing leads through various channels, and driving them towards a successful transaction. Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate potential leads through various digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends in real estate.
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for lead generation.
  • Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and social media to nurture leads.
  • Track and report on all leads through a dedicated CRM system.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless transition of leads.
  • Set up and manage appointments for potential buys and site visits.
  • Attend real estate conferences and events to network and generate leads.
  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure competitive advantage in lead generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a lead generation role, preferably in real estate.
  • Proven ability to generate qualified leads consistent with the company’s sales goals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and sales techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a team player.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
