Job Description

As a Lead Generation Executive in the real estate sector, you will play a crucial role in identifying and developing new business opportunities for a growing real estate firm. Your primary focus will be on generating high-quality leads that can be converted into potential sales and investments. You will be responsible for executing strategic measures aimed at capturing the interest of potential clients and for maintaining databases of leads through various channels including digital, telephonic, and face-to-face communications. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a competitive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target markets in the real estate sector.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective leads through various outreach strategies.
  • Utilize CRM and other tools to manage and report on lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and networking events to generate leads.
  • Analyze market trends to position the company's properties effectively and competitively.
  • Track and report on lead generation outcomes to ensure continuous improvement of strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications with prospects to ensure lead management integrity.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the client network and gather opportunities.
  • Convert inbound leads from websites and social media into meetings and potential sales.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Stay updated with the latest changes in real estate markets affecting client needs and preferences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a lead generation role, preferably in real estate.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and create actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve company objectives.
  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously.
