As the Lead for ERP Projects, you will be at the forefront of driving the successful implementation and management of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. You will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of ERP projects from initiation through to completion. This role demands a strategic visionary with strong leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and ensure that projects align with organizational goals. The Lead will serve as a catalyst in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology to optimize the business processes. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management, or related field.
• At least five years of experience leading ERP projects in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP solutions, business processes, and technology integration.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with risk management and problem resolution in complex projects.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively under pressure.
