Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage construction quality activities across all disciplines (civil, mechanical, piping, E&I).
  • Develop and implement construction quality plans, ITPs, and inspection procedures.
  • Oversee and coordinate with QA/QC teams, contractors, and site inspectors.
  • Ensure all construction work meets project specifications and international standards.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues, and manage non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Support audits, quality reporting, and interface with clients and project management.
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to junior QA/QC personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 18 years of experience in construction quality in the oil and gas sector.
  • Strong offshore project experience is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ISO).
  • Proven experience leading QA/QC teams on large-scale projects.
  • Recognized quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, CSWIP, AWS) preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET) preferred or required.
