Lead Commissioning Safety Systems

Lead and manage safety systems commissioning to ensure all safety-critical systems are fully tested, compliant, and ready for safe operation at yard and offshore.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commissioning of safety systems (F&G, ESD, PSD, HIPPS, PA/GA interface)
• Manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, and functional testing
• Review and approve commissioning procedures, test packs, and cause & effect
• Coordinate with Electrical, I&C, Telecom, HSE, and Operations teams
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety standards and client requirements
• Support offshore commissioning and start-up
• Manage punch lists, close-out, and commissioning documentation
• Report progress and resolve system interface issues
  
  

• 18+ years of oil & gas experience
• Strong offshore safety systems commissioning experience
• Hands-on knowledge of F&G, ESD, PSD, HIPPS
• Previous role as Lead / Senior Commissioning Engineer (Safety Systems)
• Experience in fabrication yards and offshore installations
• Strong leadership and coordination skills
• Knowledge of international offshore safety standards
