We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laptop Technician to join our team. As a Laptop Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software issues related to laptops. The ideal candidate will be someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of different laptop models and their working components, and is able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops efficiently.
• Perform component-level repair, replacement, and upgrades of laptop parts.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of repairs and customer interactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
• Conduct diagnostic tests to ensure proper functionality of repaired laptops.
• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and techniques.
• Advise customers on warranty issues and after-service support options.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations during repairs.
• Manage inventory efficiently, ensuring availability of necessary parts and tools.
• Stay updated on the latest laptop technologies and repair methodologies.
• Train junior technicians in advanced repair techniques and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Laptop Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware configurations and operating systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic and repair tools effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in repairs.
• Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical customers.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple repair tasks.
• Certification from recognized institutions in computer repair is an advantage.
