We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team. As a Landscape Architect, you will be engaged in all phases of design and construction, from conceptual design to project completion. Responsibilities

• Develop and present design concepts for residential and commercial landscapes.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and urban planners for integrated solutions.
• Conduct site analyses, including assessing soil conditions, topography, and existing vegetation.
• Produce detailed landscape plans, graphics, and other presentation materials.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations on landscape projects.
• Manage project timelines effectively to meet key milestones and deadlines.
• Select appropriate plantings, materials, and lighting to enhance project designs.
• Coordinate with contractors and oversee the implementation of landscape designs.
• Maintain project documentation throughout the design and execution phases.
• Monitor project budgets closely to ensure cost-efficiency and quality outcomes.
• Participate in community and client meetings to discuss project progress and feedback.
• Conduct post-installation evaluations to recommend ongoing maintenance strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of practical experience in landscape architecture projects.
• Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and GIS programs.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture and sustainable landscape practices is essential.
• Exceptional creativity coupled with strong visualization and graphic skills.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Licensed to practice as a Landscape Architect or eligibility to obtain licensing.
