Job Description

Job Summary

We are hiring a Land Surveyor with façade project experience to manage setting-out, dimensional checks, alignment, and as-built surveys for curtain wall, glazing, cladding, and aluminium works.

Key Responsibilities

Perform setting-out and survey control for façade installation works.
Verify slab edges, openings, embeds, brackets, anchors, levels, and grid lines against approved drawings.
Check façade alignment, plumb, level, verticality, panel positioning, and installation tolerances.
Prepare survey reports, measurements, and as-built drawings.
Coordinate site discrepancies with Project, QA/QC, consultant, and installation teams.
Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor in façade, curtain wall, glazing, cladding, or aluminium projects.

Strong knowledge of façade setting-out, brackets, anchors, and dimensional control.

Proficient in Total Station, Auto Level/Laser Level, AutoCAD, and survey reporting.

UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.

Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.
