Job Description

The L&D (Learning and Development) Project Management Senior Associate plays a pivotal role in supporting and managing the execution of various learning and development initiatives and projects within the organization. This role requires an individual with excellent project management skills who can coordinate diverse teams and resources to achieve strategic learning goals. The Senior Associate will collaborate with various departments to ensure that learning programs are delivered efficiently and align with business objectives. The function also includes tracking and reporting progress on projects, analyzing data for insights, and ensuring continuous improvement in learning methodologies. This position is crucial in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization to enable both personal and professional growth of employees.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple learning and development projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives accurately.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress effectively.
  • Facilitate communication of project status with all stakeholders, ensuring transparency.
  • Ensure resources are available and allocated according to project requirements.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project team members, ensuring cohesiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks or obstacles within a project timeline.
  • Oversee the development and design of innovative learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain an accurate and organized documentation of all project activities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes in L&D.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in project management or similar roles.
  • Proven experience in handling learning and development projects efficiently.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and learning technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software applications.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated capability of leadership and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
