Job Description

The L&D Project Management Senior Associate is a vital role within our Learning and Development team. This position necessitates an individual who is adept at managing multiple projects concurrently, facilitating seamless execution of learning initiatives, and ensuring that all educational objectives align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will not only possess superior project management skills but also demonstrate a passion for fostering organizational learning and development. Working closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, trainers, and external vendors, the Senior Associate will be instrumental in designing and deploying impactful learning solutions. This role requires both strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail in orchestrating comprehensive L&D programs across diverse functions of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple L&D projects within specified timeframes and budgets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify organizational learning and development needs.
  • Design and implement custom training programs that align with business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make necessary improvements.
  • Manage relationships with external training vendors to ensure quality content delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring active participation and engagement.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Report on project outcomes to senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure that all L&D projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive innovation in learning methodologies and employ technology-enhanced learning tools.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
  • Continuously seek feedback to enhance training materials and participant experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in L&D project management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale learning initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of learning principles, methodologies, and evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective discussions.
  • Proficient in project management tools and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
