Job Purpose

To maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and support so that the kitchen team can prepare and serve fresh, healthy meals efficiently and safely every day. You are the quiet backbone of the kitchen, dependable, precise, and proud of a spotless workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Clean kitchen floors, surfaces, and storage areas throughout the day.
• Assist cooks with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, carrying supplies).
• Maintain clean hand-wash stations, drains, and waste disposal areas.
• Organize and return clean equipment to proper storage.
• Support daily waste segregation and recycling routines.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries under supervision.
• Follow all hygiene, PPE, and health-and-safety protocols.
• Support end-of-shift cleaning and kitchen closing procedures.
